Do I have to use your boxes?

No, you can use your own boxes, suitcases, holdalls, rucksacks. In fact anything that is sturdy enough to withstand the elements and handling. Please note that you should attach keys to locked case with tape or a chain, so that Customs can inspect contents without having to break the lock.

How much do your boxes cost and does it cost more to order extra boxes?

There is no charge for cartons that are used or returned unused.

What packs do you accept?

All standard luggage, like suitcases, holdalls and backpacks are fine. Please attach any keys with tape or a chain, so that Customs can perform random inspections without breaking the lock.

How can I be sure there are no hidden charges?

The 'Door-to-Door' price includes all charges (excluding taxes - if payable) to the final destination address.

When is payment due?

Cleared payment in full by cash, cheque, debit or credit card is required prior to collection.

Can I choose when your driver arrives?

You can specify what day you would like us to make delivery, collection or re-delivery. We will advise your allocated time slot 24 hours beforehand.

How and when do I have to pay my final invoice?

We require cleared fund before your effects are shipped. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card.

What's the difference in price and service between Door to Door and Door to Depot?

Door to Door is the more expensive option as it includes ALL costs. Selecting Door to Depot is cheaper, but does mean that you will need to organise collection, or pay for delivery locally.

What is the maximum size and weight of each individual package?

Individual package should not exceed 30 kgs in weight. There is no maximum size, but we would ask you to advise us of any packages which are larger than a suitcase.

Do you provide packing material, i.e. tape, bubble wrap or packing paper?

We provide, Free of Charge, cartons for your use (there is not charge for unused cartons, which are returned) and bubble wrap.

How will I be contacted at destination of will I be required to contact the destination depot?

We will try to agree method of contact when we are arranging shipment, although it may be easier for you to contact us once you have arrived.
